Al Mousa Group is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Representative (Male / Female) to join our team and contribute to delivering an outstanding customer experience through effective communication, prompt response, and professional handling of inquiries.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Receive and handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
  • Provide accurate information about the group’s services and products.
  • Record and follow up on customer requests and complaints until resolution.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare periodic reports on customer feedback and improvement suggestions.

Qualifications Required:

  • High school diploma at minimum (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
